Although they’re always relatively popular in one scene or another, with the fixed-gear bike craze showing strong signs of bringing the most unlikely punter into cycling I think we can expect a lot more to come in the way of messenger bags. And I say Yay!

For now, take a look at some hot picks that are currently available and some that are yet to be released. Perhaps the messenger bag is not the most posture-friendly choice for the young one to tote his school books around in, if it’s just for stashing lunch or a jacket, then why not!

    We have 2 of the EllieBellieKids bags at our house, and find them *perfect* for the preschool set. Just the right size/weight, and easy for the kiddos to manage themselves. Can’t wait to see the new line!!
