It won’t be long before junior stylistas will be cooing “Gucci Gucci Goo” over the Italian fashion house’s new line for infants and children.
The new collection — which is set to debut for the Spring/Summer 2011 season — will include rompers, T-shirts, blankets, and bibs for babies 0 to 24 months, as well as more fashion-y pieces like leather biker jackets, a suede trench, and leggings for older kids 2 to 8 years old.
Gucci creative director Frida Giannini has woven in the luxury brand’s iconic motifs, including the signature equestrian horsebit, the Flora print and the classic double-G, into the pint-size pieces — all of which will no doubt set parents drooling too.
