Since IdaT saw the light of day in April 2005, the “zoo” has grown rapidly. It all started with the monkey, who actually should have been the character of a children’s book, but instead got to be the front figure of IdaT together with the happy baby face, the IdaT logo.
The animals are one of two characteristics of IdaT, the second being the palette of wonderful colours that mark every colleciton. No animal is too small or big, too skinny or too fat, too creepy or cute. The colours can challenge even the biggest colour freak and can be styled in numerous ways. IdaT is also known for its humorous touch that makes the scariest spider the best friend in the world.
IdaT focuses on designing quality clothing for newborns to kindergarten children (size 56 to 128) and presents a new collection twice a year, spring and fall, each time with new animals and colours. The IdaT design is loved around the world in countries as different as Finland, Germany, the rest of Europe, and the USA.
