TO ENTER YOUR BABY

• Entry for coverstar submissions opens on June 6 2012 and closes on July 27 2012.

• To be eligible, your baby must be aged between six and 18 months on October 20.

• You need to mail two current close-up colour photos of your child along with the official entry coupon on the opposite page to My Child Coverstar Competition, PO Box 174, Stockton NSW 2295. Photographs will not be returned.

• If your baby is chosen as a finalist, you need to email three additional current baby photos and proof of responsibility for the child within 48 hours of email notification.

• You have to be free to travel to Sydney on the weekend of October 19-21 and October 26-28, if required, for your child to be photographed.
